Add a /24 for a new region, a new product line or a growing customer base, without going through a marketplace.
Wholesale · direct contract
Lease a whole IPv4 /24 from our RIPE-registered space, under a direct contract with us. We issue the LOA, ROA and route object, delegate reverse DNS, publish a geofeed, and check the prefix against public blocklists every day. If it gets listed, we delist it or swap it.
Priced by contract, with no public price list. Write to wholesale@penduses.com.

Announced from your ASN
Example prefix from a documentation range.
Networks that announce their own address space and need a /24 they can trust to start out in good standing.
Add a /24 for a new region, a new product line or a growing customer base, without going through a marketplace.
Services that send traffic to sites which score source addresses, and want space with no listing history on the lists we watch.
You already run BGP and only lack IPv4. You announce the /24 yourself and we handle the registry paperwork.
Once we have your ASN and the details we need, we issue the Letter of Authorization, create the RPKI ROA and the route object within 24 hours.
We delegate the reverse zone of your /24 to your own name servers, so your PTR records are yours to manage.
We publish a geofeed (RFC 8805) entry for your prefix with the country and city you tell us, and show you how to reference it from your inetnum object. A geofeed is a hint: geolocation providers decide whether and when to use it.
Before handover we run a full check of the /24, and hand it over only if it is not listed. During the lease we check it against public blocklists every day and tell you about any change.
If a monitored blocklist lists your /24, we start the delisting and, if it is still listed after the window written in your contract, we replace the prefix with another clean /24.
You deal with us, not with a marketplace. One contract, one price, no marketplace fee.
Your ASN, how many /24s, where you announce them and what they are for. We tell you what is available and what it costs.
A direct lease contract with the term, the price, the blocklists we monitor and the delist-or-swap window.
LOA, ROA and route object within 24 hours, plus rDNS delegation and your geofeed entry.
You announce the /24 from your ASN. We check it every day and act when something changes.
No. Wholesale leases are priced by contract, depending on the term and the number of prefixes. Tell us what you need and we will send a quote.
Normally yes. You announce the /24 from your own autonomous system, and we issue the authorization that lets you do so. If you only need a few addresses and do not run BGP, see IP Tunnel.
We agree the list with you in the contract. It covers the public DNS blocklists that mail and abuse systems commonly query. We check them daily and report changes to you.
We tell you, start the delisting request, and work with you to find the cause. If the listing is still there after the window in your contract, we swap the /24 for another clean one. A listing caused by your own abuse of the acceptable use policy is handled differently, and the contract says how.
No. It is a lease. The addresses stay in our RIPE-registered space and you use them for the term of the contract.
You choose where you announce the prefix. Tell us the country and city you want in the geofeed, and we publish it.
The retail pilot has none. For a wholesale lease, the commitments that apply are the ones written in the contract: the 24-hour paperwork turnaround, the daily monitoring and the delist-or-swap window.
