How the pilot works

What “pilot” means here

  • A paid 30-day pilot. We confirm every order by email and start the 30 days when your service is ready.
  • Best-effort service with no SLA and no service credits.
  • Support is asynchronous, by email, in business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time).
  • Incidents and planned work are posted on the status page.
  • Prices are pilot prices and may change after the pilot.

Billing questions

How do I pay?

Each plan has a checkout link handled by our payment provider, and the button says “Pre-order”. If a link is not live yet, the button says “Join the waitlist” and opens an email to us; we will send you the link when it is ready.

Are prices final?

They are pilot prices. They may change after the pilot, and we will tell you before any change applies to you.

What is fair use?

The traffic on each plan is the amount we plan capacity around. If you approach or pass it we will email you first, unless the traffic harms other customers or breaks the acceptable use policy.

Is VAT included?

No. Prices are excl. VAT. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation and refund terms are in the terms draft. Email hello@penduses.com with questions before you order.
